Exchange Process
Eligible exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email elvorastep@gmail.com within 7 days.
- Provide your order number, product, required size or style and reason.
- ElvoraStep checks eligibility.
- Do not send the product until instructions are provided.
- After receipt and inspection, an approved exchange is processed within 3–5 business days.
Conditions
- Unworn, original condition.
- Original tags and packaging included.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Worn footwear, sale items, gift cards and custom orders are not eligible under the current policy.
Options
Exchange for another size of the same style or a style of equal or higher value. Any higher-value price difference is payable by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact support immediately. The existing policy states these cases will be resolved at no additional cost.
