Order Confirmation and Dispatch

Order processing starts after order confirmation. ElvoraStep does not currently publish a separate guaranteed dispatch-time commitment.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–15 days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside the store’s control.

Delivery Area and Charges

ElvoraStep currently ships within Pakistan. Standard delivery charges are Rs. 200 per order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for current orders within Pakistan.

Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete name, phone number and delivery address at checkout. Contact customer support as soon as possible if details need correction. Changes may not be possible after an order enters courier processing.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier cannot complete delivery, follow the courier’s instructions or contact ElvoraStep with your order number. Re-delivery availability and any related charge depend on the circumstances and will be communicated before action is taken.

If a tracking number or courier link is issued, it will be shared through an order update. See the Order Tracking page if you need help.
