Orders and Sizes
How do I place an order?
Select a style and available size, add it to your cart and complete checkout.
Which sizes are available?
Current products use EU sizes 36–41, subject to availability. See the Size Guide.
How do I choose a size?
Measure both feet and use the longer measurement. Verified UK and centimetre conversions are not currently published, so contact us with your measurement and chosen style if unsure.
Delivery and Payment
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 7–15 days after order confirmation.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for current orders within Pakistan.
What are delivery charges?
Standard delivery within Pakistan is Rs. 200.
How do I track an order?
Use the tracking or order-status link in your order update, or follow our tracking instructions.
Exchanges and Care
Can I exchange an item?
Eligible requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Read the Exchange Process and Refund Policy.
How should I care for footwear?
Keep it dry, away from direct heat, and clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
